Mike Khristo, founder, CEO
Michel Khristo has over 10 years of experience operating web application services and marketing firms. He was a member of the first graduating class from California Polytechnic University, Pomona’s eBusiness program - one of less than fifteen graduates.
Michael Hood, founder, CTO
Michael Hood has worked in online marketing and lead generation for over 10 years. He successfully founded LeadTunnel Inc., a firm that developed unique methods of lead generation and performance based marketing, changing the way the online advertising industry does business.
Jason Schultz, founder, co-Chairman
Jason Schultz has over a decade experience in the technology, media, and marketing industries. A serial entrepreneur who is known for founding the clean tech firm Elements Incorporated, full service marketing firm BBP, cloud computing firm JNT., internet service provider FLI., WhatsOpen.com mobile search engine, venture incubator Ambistia, as well as a dozen other successful businesses and projects. He currently resides in Laguna Beach, Ca, and performs as chairman for Ambistia. Jason holds awards from institutions such as USC, Disney, and Google. His dream has always been to change the world.
Curtis Hutten, founder, co-Chairman
Curtis has served as a Chairman, CEO, and executive and on the board of directors of numerous companies including emerging and NYSE corporations. In the past several years, he has served as Chairman and CEO of VivaVision (www.vivavision.com), a leading media company able to reach 250 million subscribers worldwide; Chairman of Soapbox Mobile (www.soapboxmobile.com) a media pioneer that helps brands, agencies and entertainment companies such as Procter and Gamble and ESPN harness the power of digital marketing; and Chairman of SBG (www.playsbg.com) which had millions of users and some of the world’s most popular games during his tenure and continues to provide fun entertainment worldwide. Curtis has invested minority positions in numerous companies in the alternative energy, healthcare, technology and media industries. Mr. Hutten began his career as a young executive at Cullinet Software, the first Independent software company to be listed on the NYSE where his contributions helped it to grow and eventually merge with Computer Associates.
